Huayang series cleaner is installed and shipped as a whole, no additional devices are required. Position the mud cleaner over the grit chamber / bin.
Note: deviation of position may change the screen separation performance.
When the inlet of the hydrocyclone's supply pump is fully immersed in the liquid, the effect is the best. If possible, the installation position plane of the slurry pump is lower than the liquid level position in the mud pit / tank. Alternatively, the head of the main suction inlet is kept to a minimum. Install check valve or foot valve on suction line. The screen shall be laid flat and installed compact and flat.
Before lifting or moving the equipment, pay special attention to the instructions on lifting points and the use of balance bar in Chapter VI.
Please follow the steps below to install huayang-d series linear screen. The following sequence can be adjusted appropriately according to different user facilities and previous experience in installing similar equipment.
1. Position and level the equipment at the installation site.
2. Check whether the installation of hydrocyclone is tight or not.
3. Check whether the inlet and outlet pipelines of hydrocyclone are complete and firm.
4. Connect the adjustable flow mud supply line to the shale shaker feed box.
5. Check and ensure that the lateral support, support strip and lateral support are all reliably installed at corresponding positions, and check and ensure that the screen cloth is installed flat and tensioned moderately and evenly.
Necessary space and location
There must be sufficient space around the equipment to maintain, inspect and adjust the equipment. It is recommended to reserve a space of 2.5ft (760mm) between the shaker base and surrounding surrounding obstacles.
2、 Operation instructions for initial and normal startup of mud cleaner, and operation instructions for normal shutdown.
Warning! Before starting the equipment, the locking device must be opened, otherwise serious damage or other accidents will be caused to the equipment.
Warning! Before starting the equipment, make sure that all personnel are away from the equipment.
Warning! During the operation of the motor, the shell will become hot, which may cause burns. Do not touch the motor housing during motor operation or just when it is stopped.
Warning! Before adjusting the angle of the bed, make sure that other personnel are away from the equipment.
The procedure for performing the initial start-up is applicable to the first start-up of the cleaner or the restart after it has been placed for a long time.
Please refer to the instructions below for initial startup.
1. Ensure that all operation and maintenance personnel read and understand the operation safety section.
2 make sure the equipment is installed correctly.
3 check and make sure that the locking device is open, and that the screen cloth is correctly installed on the screen plate, and there is no object hindering the operation of the equipment, especially that there is no sundry on the screen cloth.
4. Check whether all the surrounding facilities and public electricity on the installation site can be used normally.
5 follow the normal startup procedure below to start the cleaner.
Normal start up
The following steps are used for each normal startup of the device.
1 Ensure that all operation and maintenance personnel read and understand the operation safety.
2 check and make sure that the locking device is open (refer to Chapter 10), and that the screen cloth is correctly installed on the screen plate, and there is no object hindering the operation of the equipment, especially there is no sundry on the screen cloth.
3 press the "start" button of the motor to power up the motor. After five minutes, the motor can reach the operating temperature.
4 properly open the adjustable flow mud supply pipeline to make the mud flow into the screen cloth evenly through the feed box.
5 observe the shape of the material on the screen cloth, adjust the screen frame angle as described in the screen frame angle adjustment system, and supply mud flow to make the mud flow on the screen cloth reach the ideal flow state.
The normal shutdown procedure is applicable to the stop operation action in the control. Normal shutdown procedures are used for equipment cleaning, lubrication, inspection, adjustment and screen cloth replacement.
The steps are as follows:
1 guide or cut off the shale shaker.
2 discharge the surplus or insufficient materials and liquid from the screen frame.
3 turn off the power supply of the motor to stop the motor.
4 lock and mark the equipment.
5 use soft water pipe to wash the screen cloth and clean the residual materials from the screen cloth and the corners contacting the screen frame side wall.
Please be sure to follow the relevant safety rules to maintain the equipment. The following maintenance is recommended, please carry out maintenance according to specific use conditions and environment:
Before performing any maintenance, have electricians verify that the power supply has been cut off.
Clean all parts and work areas.
Fix or block heavy objects before working under equipment or components.
Any lifting of heavy objects requires assistance.
Before using the shaker, remove all screens.
Make sure that all tools, old accessories, such as nuts, bolts, gaskets, etc. have been removed before restarting the equipment.
Do not weld anything on the screen box.
Maintenance can only be performed / completed by qualified personnel.

The particles with strong wear force under high pressure cause great wear to the hydrocyclone. Equipped with a clamp type cyclone, the operator can easily change the cyclone.
Partially open the hydrocyclone housing to check for wear or damage
Replace the corresponding parts according to the specific wear degree.
Adjust nozzle size
The correct nozzle is adjusted according to the amount of solid in the mud. Adjust the nozzle size to ensure enough mud or grit can be ejected. Nozzle size from 1 "to 1 1 / 2"
Note: if the nozzle is too large, too much liquid will be ejected from the underflow, resulting in loss of available mud; if the nozzle is too small, solid or mud will form a rope like outflow and cannot be ejected. This will cause some solids to return to the mud and reduce the efficiency of mud removal.
